This is a brand new programme for Self Healing where you have a choice of doing a practical Workshop with Karen that also includes a detailed information pack.
The 5 Stages of Self Healing brings together Karen's experience of Regression and Healing techniques to enable you to look deep within at what is causing your issues in this lifetime. Karen identifies significant points in this life and Past Lives where issues may have started for you, and gently takes you back to those points with the combination of dynamic healing tools, enabling you to see, resolve and move forward in life.

The programme also looks at how we are conditioned throughout our lives. From the point of birth we are taught the rights and wrongs from family, friends, school and the whole of society. This is an event between the ages of conception and 7 years old, where you will have experienced an event that you felt was non-love. So, this can be something subtle or something major and at this point in your life, fear set in. You will have lived each moment of your life trying to avoid this pain, and this will have manifested as an issue/ emotion you are dealing with in this lifetime.
3) Connecting with your Inner Child
Allow your Inner Child to speak and reach out to you, understand what your Inner Child needs now, which it couldn't have at that first point of pain. As the adult you are now able to understand, protect and heal your Inner Child.
4) Regression back to the Past Life where issue originated
The process continues as you now take a journey into one of your Past Lives where your issue originated from & using the healing tools, you can finally heal the events from that time.
5) Chakra clearing
Moving to the last stage where we have now healed this event in this lifetime, and the Past Life where your issue originated. Having healed this, we clear our energy bodies and chakras, so we are no longer affected by people, events or places from the past.

Moon Sequence – Vinyasa Krama

Description: This is suitable for all levels of practitioner; and is a guided class through the entire Moon Sequence as developed and taught by Matthew Sweeney (www.yogatemple.com). Matthew is an advanced practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga. He developed this sequence as a cooling and therapeutic complement and alternative to the Ashtanga primary series. It is designed to be quite calming, but also energetic in its effects. The sequence works the entire body, but is particularly effective at opening the hips, shoulders, and sacral areas. Originally created for the times around Full moon and new moon when our energy can be particularly low so you can avoid injury or strain. This sequence is created for when you are feeling tired or needing a practice, which doesn’t put too much emphasis on the upper body strength or knees.

Who Should Attend: Open to all levels of practitioner, but is particularly suited to practitioners with vinyasa flowing yoga experience or ashtanga primary series.
