Virginija Zubrickiene is a holder of ITEC Diploma in Holistic massage, Certificate in Indian Head massage and Reiki 2.

Having had an interest in complimentary therapies and holistic healing she did her initial acupressure training in 1996, and in 2003 she did Su Jok Hand Reflexology training. In 2009 she did Holistic massage course in Healing Hands at Work Training Centre in Bray.

Holistic or Swedish massage is straightforward and relaxing. It improves your sleep, speeds up detoxification, tones the body and releases muscle tension.
Virginija’s Deep Tissue massage is especially beneficial for those who suffer from repetitive strain on muscles and have long lasting deep seated muscle tension and pain.
Virginija also does Reiki which she finds particularly useful for some clients when combined with Deep Tissue, Holistic or Indian Head massages.
