Ruth and Amanda
Ruth Murphy biography:
Having practiced yoga for over 12 years in Dublin, Sri Lanka, India and Bali, Ruth is passionate about sharing her love for Yoga and the benefits of the practice with her students. Ruth teaches yoga with an authentic, supportive and fun approach as students are inspired to cultivate awareness to move towards the union of their mind, bodies and spirit. Her classes focus on creating a safe, encouraging and nurturing environment for students to develop their yoga practice and to enable their personal progression.
Ruth teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative based classes.
Amanda Buggy biography:
Amanda began practicing Yoga when she was living in London in an effort to find calm amidst the stress. She loved everything it had to offer - for her, Yoga was healing. Coming from a secondary school English teaching background, Amanda has always been passionate about nurturing students' individual strengths and inspiring them to be lifelong learners.
When she moved from London to Dublin and began immersing herself in Yoga, she really fell in love with the practice. It became an integral part of her life, and when the opportunity arose to undertake teacher training, she knew she had to do it.It made complete sense to her, marrying two of her passions: teaching and Yoga:
Amanda teaches classes that are supportive and uplifting in a calm, safe environment. She loves weaving in narratives on different themes too.
