For Roseleen becoming a life coach was a natural progression from her years of study, professional experience, reading and self development.  As a qualified chartered accountant (ACA) and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (ICAI) Roseleen understands the stresses and demands of modern day living.  It was her initial Reiki session that led her to understand that in order to maintain an optimal level of health, we need to respect our bodies and sometimes that means allowing ourselves to rest - this seems to be increasing difficult in a world where everyone is searching for the perfect life balance.  Reiki can provide that rest as it relaxes, unwinds, rejuvenates and heals the body.

             
             

Roseleen also believes that Life Coaching & NLP allows individuals to be the best they can be by facilitating clients to unlock their true potential.  It was during her own experience of being coached that Roseleen learned that many of us know what we want but we do not know how to get there.  As a Coach & NLP Practitioner, Roseleen facilitates the client to close the gap between thinking about doing and actually doing.  Coaching & NLP is a facilitative process which empowers the individual to take charge of and make positive changes in their life.  Coaching is based on the concept that you already have the answers within - coaches simply ask the right questions.

              

Roseleen trained as a Life Coach with Betty Cosgrave (IPPS).  She has a Diploma in Life Coaching accredited by The Institute for Powerful Professional Solutions (IPPS) and is also accredited with IPPS and The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming  as a certified NLP Practitioner.  She received her initiation in Reiki Level I, Level III and Level III/Master through Ellen Shilling, Reiki Master and Teacher.
