I have been working and training Family Constellatins facilitation for many years now and I am still constantly amazed and touched by the profound shifts that I see when we let go of our stories that no longer serve us, and in 'acknowledging what is' allow the flow of love to come through the generations.
Family constellations is soul work, in a group setting we set up a safe and confidential space which becomes a healing field, and allows us to look at the harmful beliefs and patterns that we have dragged along with us throughout our lives and sometimes passed on to our children.
In my own life I have seen huge changes in the relationships I have with my family, children and their father as a direct result of doing constellations. Having four teenagers and seeing my own patterns show up in them was my initial reason for seeking out constellations, and the more I saw them relax the more I wanted to do and share this magical work.
I trained in the UK with Barbara Morgan and now I am her assistant trainer in the present training there. I have worked with facilitators from all over the world looking at health, relationships, organisational issues, money, environmental issues, blockages in careers, and many other personal issues. Time and time again, the root points back to our families, as, how we are in our families is how we are in the world.
I work with groups and individuals in Ireland and the UK, I am a member of the profoundly inspiring Constellations Camp Ireland which runs for 5 days every June in Wicklow and I am presently organising a three day symposium Men, Women War & Peace in Dublin in June 2018 looking at how the trauma of war in our past has had devastating effects on our relationships today.
