Paul’s first introduction to alternative therapies was over 10 years ago when, after leaving a successful career in finance, he discovered a passion for learning and a gift for healing. In 2001 he began his studies in reiki, the same year qualifying in holistic massage. In the following years Paul gained diplomas in nutrition and reflexology, qualified as a fitness instructor with the national training centre, gained a diploma in sports massage and an advanced diploma in psychotherapy and hypnotherapy as well as furthering his studies in reiki.

Paul has worked in each of the above areas, initially with teams and individuals for fitness, sports massage and sports psychology. In the last number of years Paul has concentrated on his healing therapies, and has recently spent time working as a massage and reiki therapist in a 5 star hotel in Argentina.

Paul offers a relaxing and healing experience in a supportive atmosphere with a special energy and intuitive approach. No matter what treatment you choose, you will leave feeling calm, balanced and with a renewed sense of inner peace.

Paul is a member of the Reiki Federation of Ireland.
