I came to yoga through a meditation practice; having come from a holistic background I began meditating when I was in my teens and was always interested in yoga.
While in college I started going to classes and absolutely loved it! Once I began a self-practice I realised the importance of taking time to be creative & connect to this magic. Yoga and meditation have given me a balance in life and are always a grounding source.
Yoga has been a great tool for me when travelling to new places as it keeps me calm and mindful but also meant that I was a part of a community and a great way to connect to other like-minded people!
In my classes I always want to connect to my students and make sure they are getting the most from their practice. This is a meditative class utilising strength & balance in order to clear the mind & the body.
All of this combined means you can expect a mindful & strong class suited to you with a 15 minute meditation at the end.
