Miriam Needham

Miriam is a yoga teacher, massage therapist and theatre-maker. She teaches yoga and meditation to adults, teenagers and children, in both English and in Irish. 

She completed her teacher training in 2016 with the Himalaya Yoga Valley, Goa and continues to study various aspects of yoga.
