I have been doing Pilates for at least a decade; I have always been interested in keeping healthy and fit and I have found Pilates to be the best way to do this.
The longer I have been doing Pilates, the more I have realised how much I enjoyed it and the extent to which it has helped me and those around me. I believe it can help men and women of all ages, regardless of initial level of fitness and agility. It increases flexibility and leads to better posture, helps with persistent back pain and improves general well-being.
This enthusiasm led me to train as an instructor to bring the benefits of Pilates to others, leading me to study for the ITEC Diploma in Pilates Teaching. Since qualifying, I have been running individual classes and group sessions for corporate clients. I am now teaching in Ranelagh and here at the Holistic Centre from January 2016.
