I have always had an interest in alternative therapies and medicine. Growing up in South Africa exposed me to different aspects of human nature and I always longed to find a way to heal conflict, both inner & outer.

I began my journey into bodywork therapies in 2000 where I studied various forms of massage until I found my passion in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi. During a difficult time in my life I experienced a deeply healing treatment which also encompassed the whole being and presented a way of living, breathing and moving which changed my life forever. I later went to Hawaii to do my teacher’s training and began sharing this work with people from all walks of life. This journey is continuing here in Ireland and I feel so blessed to be able to do & share what I love.

I believe each person has an innate ability to heal themselves, we only need to allow ourselves to feel our own essence, breaking through the barriers that hold us back and sometimes we need a little help doing this, often through body or energy work.
