Karen came upon Pilates quite by accident, while working in a reception/administrative role at a Pilates studio. Taking in Pilates by osmosis!! She decided it was time for a career change,and began an 8 month training with Balanced Body. Taking in the full Pilates repertoire, mat, reformer, ladder barrel, wunda chair and trap table.
Karen has been teaching since 2012 and is passionate about helping people to move efficiently. Come to her fun classes and get to know your pelvic floor and get it working for you.
Karen was born in Canada and has spent her life between the Great White North and Ireland. When not teaching you might find her in the kitchen, sipping a fine red wine while throwing together a tasty meal, looking up flights to warmer climes and going to see live music!
