Grainne Toher came to the world of Holistic health after years of injury and stress. She found great benefits from massage, reiki, movement and mindfulness and became eager to share same. She has learned soft and deep tissue massage techniques and is always undergoing further holistic massage training.
Grainne believes that every day we can learn something new, we just have to be have an open mind and look out for the small things.
I have discovered many healing benefits since I first took up yoga for stress and injury in 2009. I later trained in the Contrology method developed by Joseph Pilates.
A firm advocate of having a daily yoga and meditation practice, I have experienced first hand the benefits of body/mind/breath practices as wonderful catalysts for physical, mental and emotional change.
With five years full-time freelance and private teaching experience, Grainne is a Yoga Alliance accredited Teacher and Tutor and a fully qualified Pilates Instructor/Tutor.
