Bernadette is a fully qualified and experienced Progressive Counsellor and Natural Spiritual Healer, for whom ongoing professional development is a priority in order to uphold the highest standards of practice. These therapies complement each other extremely well for a wide range of problems and conditions.

Over 20 years experience as a social worker provided a wide understanding of the stresses and problems faced by individuals and families, whilst contributing to Bernadette’s person-centred and calm approach. The wish to gain a deeper understanding of life’s journey led Bernadette on a personal search which was richly rewarding and made whole by her own experience of Progressive Counselling and Healing.

A firm belief that each person has the potential for great peace and happiness in life is the basis for the work with .individuals, couples and family groups.

Bernadette is a member of the International Self Realisation Healing Association.
