My interest in holistic therapies came about during my career as an archaeologist. I loved working outside in the fresh air and coupled with the physically demanding nature of the job I felt stronger and fitter than I had done before. Wanting to maintain this feeling of well-being I began to take more of an interest in my diet and lifestyle. Over the course of a year I radically changed both. Amazed by my increased energy levels and overall feeling of good health, I decided the study of nutrition was something I wanted to pursue further. So after 5 years in the field and after a year of world travel, I began on my holistic career path.

In 2007 I studied and obtained a Fetac level 6 certificate in Nutrition and Health with the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health. I continued with my passion for holistic studies by training in Walmer College where I obtained an ITEC diploma in holistic body massage, anatomy and physiology and Indian head massage. I now specialise in Ayurvedic Facial Rejuvenation massage (or natural facelift massage), which I find produces amazing results and is one of the most deeply relaxing therapies available.
I have a diploma in this therapy from the London Centre of Indian Champissage International.

I am a member of the Association of Registered Complementary Holistic Therapists of Ireland. I am currently offering Ayurvedic Facial Rejuvenation massage and Indian head massage to clients and will soon be offering Holistic Full Body massage.
