Anabelle Barker trained in Nutritional Therapy with the College of Natural Medicine, Dublin graduating in 2007. After having studied Naturopathy for two years she then spent two years specialising in Nutritional Therapy. She has been in clinical practice for one year at the Duke St Holistic Clinic and also works in the homeopathic health field as a nutritional advisor.

Hailing originally from New Zealand, Anabelle 'fell' into natural medicine through her own ailments, overcoming anxiety attacks, asthma, hayfever and many allergies through nutritional changes and holistic treatments such as acupuncture, homeopathy, kiniesiology, herbalism and so on.

Nutritional therapy is beneficial for many illnesses including; Irritable bowel syndrome, allergies, infertility, arthritis, diabetes, migraines/headaches, pre-menstrual tension, cancer, menopause, fatigue, ADHD, autism, immune problems and so on.

First consultations are one and a half hours long and involve the analysis of an in-depth questionnaire pertaining to the patients past history. Laboratory testing may be advised and a protocol for dietary changes is then implemented. Follow up consults are 30-40 minutes long and are on average 3-4 weeks after the initial consultation.

Anabelle is a registered Nutritional Therapist with both the Nutritional Therapists of Ireland society and the British Association of Nutritional Therapists.
