Counselling sessions can help you achieve your goals and give you an improved sense of understanding of your current situation. As a result of exploring your worries and / or concerns, you will gain a greater understanding of what is going your life. This understanding will lead to growth, change and healing.
Counselling sessions are on a one to one basis and are one hour in duration.
