Hi everyone, my name is Áine. I am certified yoga teacher and a professional dance artist with a degree in Dance Studies from the University of Surrey in London. I trained in yoga teaching at the wonderful Yoga Sacred Space in Wicklow, and workshop as much as possible at home and abroad in various body work techniques. In Dublin, I am one half of a dance theatre company, as well as a member of an all female band.
Although the primary focus of this class is beginners/improvers yoga, I will occasionally mix in some very simple movement exercises from my dance training which I feel compliment the flow of the class.
