What is NLP?

NLP is a type of self-hypnosis and meditation treatment. It is designed to re-programme your mind from negative to positive thus getting rid of bad habits, emotions, memories, also giving you the confidence to achieve your goals. It uses meditation and affirmations to change your old patterns of behaviour and create new ones to achieve a better life.

What happens during a session?

During a typical NLP session, the client sits down or lies down. They are asked what they would like to achieve, why they are here. Once an outcome has been suggested, then the client meditates on their out-come and focuses on a visualization/feeling according to their out-come. An affirmation is said to re-affirm this out-come. The client then wakes from the meditation and a test is done. During the week, the meditation is repeated by the client. Results can be instant, but vary from person to person.

What can NLP treat?

NLP can treat any-thing! It uses the power of the sub-conscious mind to achieve your desired out-come. As an NLP practitioner, I tailor each meditation to suit treatment.
