AYURVEDIC YOGA MASSAGE
This is a massage for mind, body and spirit which will leave you feeling relaxed, present, energized, more flexible and more tuned into your body!
This massage can be done on a table or on a massage mat on the ground. When the massage is done on the table, there is more focus on deep tissue work and relaxation. When done on a massage mat, the massage is more dynamic, with more focus on improving the body's flexibility.
Walking is an optional part of the massage (only for when the treatment is given on a massage mat).
