WHAT HAPPENS IN A CLASS
There are different class levels, so confirm with the teacher of the class of your choice which one is
best for you. Your teacher will demonstrate the different poses and also check in with you to make
sure you are comfortable and moving correctly. Classes are tailored to all students in them so no one
is left behind or feeling lost. Some teachers may incorporate meditation into the class.
WHAT DOES A ONE TO ONE SESSION INVOLVE?
The session will be tailored to you and your ability, working on your areas of concern as well as being
a great work out! You will be shown techniques suited to you that can be practiced at home to keep
the good work up. This is a great way to begin if you have never done yoga before and don’t feel quite
ready for a class setting, or if you are a seasoned yoga student who just wants to focus on your goals.
The Studios at the Dublin Holistic Centre have wooden floors, lots of natural light, floor to ceiling mirrors and yoga mats are available. There are male and female changing rooms with lockers to store your belongings. Remember to wear clothing that is comfortable and enables you to move freely.
