Yoga for Beginners - with Claudia
This class is tailored for beginning and improving students however, all levels are welcome - this is a beautiful opportunity to revisit poses that you would like to achieve but are struggling with too
The focus will be on:
- basic poses
A moderately paced class appropriate for Beginners/Ongoing Level 1 students and for those that want to build a safe and correct yoga practice. We can take time to explore poses (asanas) helping to guide and instruct you to learn how best to move in and out of poses safely and for your body.
We look to combine a mix of styles in this incorporating Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Hatha yoga as well as attention to alignment and technique.
Modifications are given allowing the students to choose a more beginning or more advanced practice according to their needs.
