YIN AND VINYASA YOGA FLOW
This is a 70-minute Yin poses combined with Vinyasa Flow to loosen the connective tissues and after stretching the muscles.
Also known as Yin Yang Yoga, it blends two styles of Yoga into the one practice - bringing together the benefits of passively holding Yin Yoga poses with more dynamic flow sequences and standing postures from Vinyasa.
Yin is more internal, passive, cooling and downward. While Yang is more external, dynamic, warming and upward. When these terms are applied to Yoga, Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working in the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body.
Vinyasa is more external, aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow, using breath, to cultivate an awareness that links each action to the next - on the mat and in our lives. The conscious movement will create internal heat that purifies the internal organs as well as enhance your memory.
