VINYASA ASHTANGA INSPIRED
This creative yoga class is open to both beginners and improvers. Within a friendly and relaxed space participants will be introduced to a basic level of Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga inspired yoga practice.
The class will occasionally integrate some simple non yogic movement exercises to further relieve tension, increase bodily awareness, encourage detoxification and tone the entire body inside and out.
You will also be introduced to meditation and breathing techniques that inspire focus, healing and relaxation.
Most importantly this class will provide time and space to give yourself some well deserved love and attention through movement!.
