WHAT IS SYNERGY YOGA/MOVEMENT?
SynergyYoga/Movement is gentle rhythmic movement, guided with careful attention to proper alignment of joints to prevent injury and with the intention of bringing on improved circulation of energy and muscle tone in the body. The teacher engages participants in breathing and relaxation practices, creative visualization, basic Hatha Yoga postures brought into a more fluid motion, polarity therapy healing techniques as well as dance movements from around the World. No previous experience is required; all body types and ages are welcome. Commitment to a weekly class is like taking a powerful tonic to sustain your well-being!

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION?
A typical one-hour class involves a gentle flowing yoga warm-up followed by expressive and playful movement around the space, and wind-down into stillness, all to inspiring world music. No dance or yoga experience is necessary.
