Hearing the Inner Teacher
Moonteoir is an empowering practice of connection through Yoga, journaling, and a sense of magical awareness. It is a practice for Women gathering together in a world of measurements and shoulds to make space, reflect and breathe free.
6 Week Course - Thursdays 20.00 - 21.30
Venue: Dublin Holistic Centre
We come together to map our path towards inner connection, to move and breathe in the body. To soften, strengthen, and expand. It is a guided and supported journey through a virtuous practice of listening in our lives, allowing you to discover, sustain and enroot the magic of your Yoga.
Taking a small notebook with us, we reflect upon our practice and journey together through the weeks taking time to digest, nourish, and refuel.
Together we build a simple and sustainable self practice for our daily nourishment and are provided with guidance and materials to carry this into our own days and nights.
This is not a drop in class. It is a circle. It’s a chance to reflect. To be in contact with our breath and our hearts, and to move and breathe with those around us. It is a chance to pour the tea and grow as a community.
This is the time in our lives to hear our own voice. To nourish our own power, our bodies, our magic supporting our flame and letting it gently roar.
