MINDFUL HATHA YOGA AND MEDITATION
This class is beginner friendly - everyone friendly :)
We will begin with pranayama - breath exercises and flow through a class encompassing strength & balance to release the body & mind. The class will finish with a 20 minute guided meditation or yoga nidra aka yogi sleep or yoga relaxation to induce deep relaxation & yoga high.
The practice of yoga Nidra has been found to reduce tension and anxiety. It has been used to help soldiers from war cope with post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD).

This week €5 of all will honour the Repeal the 8th movement and will be donated to The Abortion Rights Campaign.
The Abortion Rights Campaign is a movement for choice and change in Ireland. We aim to promote broad national support for a referendum to repeal the 8th Amendment to the Constitution by the Irish Parliament; to push for the introduction of extensive abortion legislation by the Northern Ireland Assembly; and to ensure the health and rights of women in pregnancy are protected in line with international human rights standards.
