MINDFUL HATHA YOGA AND MEDITATION
This class is beginner friendly - everyone friendly :)
We will begin with pranayama - breath exercises and flow through a class encompassing strength & balance to release the body & mind. The class will finish with a 20 minute guided meditation or yoga nidra aka yogi sleep or yoga relaxation to induce deep relaxation & yoga high.
The practice of yoga Nidra has been found to reduce tension and anxiety. It has been used to help soldiers from war cope with post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD).
