A Pilates workout promotes strength and balance of muscles, it helps flexibility, increases range of joint movement, gives better posture and mechanics of the body. The Pilates concept is based on strong foundations, just as the roots of a tree need to be firm in the ground for the tree to grow and be able to bend and move in any direction. Our roots are our core and this is where Pilates begins, with the breath, core engagement and mindfulness of the body. In turn you become stronger, longer, leaner and more able to do anything with ease and grace.
There are two class times to choose from on 5 different days. 12.10 or 1.10pm.

Why not get fit on your lunch break, still have time for a salad, have energy for the afternoon work slump and have your evenings all for yourself!
The centre can offer you shower facilities for those of you going back to work, and lockers to keep your personal belongings safe whilst training.
We also supply mats so you need not bring one!
N.B. The courses run on a 6 week basis, book in for 6 weeks at the same time, same class each week for the summer special of €40.
