5 – week course ‘Five elements
Would you like to learn how to meditating on the Five Elements (earth, water, fire, air and space) can help you to feel healthier, happier and more content in your life?
In many spiritual traditions the 5 elements are taught and used in meditation practices to help create more balance and happiness in life.
In this 5 week course
we will practice with the Five Elements. Each class will focus on one of the Five Elements (earth, water, fire, air and space) in detail and the connection between the elements as a whole.
We will practice different meditation techniques to connect and experience the essence of the elements, and learn how to utilise these qualities within ourselves to become more relaxed and create more happiness in our daily lives.
The course is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
We will support you to establish and deepen your meditation practice throughout the course. There will also be ongoing support between the classes through a facebook group
where you can share your experiences and ask questions.
