Power Flow Yoga & Meditation
This Strong Flow Yoga classes integrate breath and movement, building strength, stamina and flexibility. The energetic classes synchronise movement and breath in a fluid motion, blended with a balance of relaxation and meditation in the end of every class .
Yoga Flow is a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga creating a strenuous but grounding class which increases cardiac rate whilst also gently toning muscles and of course aiding flexibility. This class is brilliant for physical fitness whilst also incorporating a part of yoga philosophy - calmness and being in the now.
All levels are welcome, although you need to have basics knowledge of Asanas.
