This class is a mix of simple gentle guided Meditations to calm and relax the mind and body.
How to Meditate - Mindfulness -Stress Management -Relaxation -Awareness -Presence -Acceptance.
The class is suitable for beginners and those looking for a regular group practice.
Ongoing course runs every Wednesday 7.40pm - 8.40pm
Accessible for all... Only €8.00 - drop in.
Chill Out Meditation Class takes place in the warm , relaxing and spacious environment of the Dublin Holistic Centre .
Do I need to bring anything ?
Just wear comfortable clothing , class starts at 7.40pm so if you can arrive a few minutes prior.
Press the buzzer marked “studios” .
The class is in Studio 2 on the first floor, top of the stairs on the left.
Lockers and changing rooms are available.
