ASHTÁNGA SÁDHANA YOGA
is an ancient and traditional yoga practice based on 8 limbs of Raja Yoga from Patanjali.
During the class, students will experience a mindful flow yoga practice though Pranayama, Asana, Kryia, Yoganidra and Meditation in the end.
The postures ( Asanas) are dynamic and challenging with a strong emphasis on strengthening the core muscles, breathing techniques and focusing one´s awareness on the moment, calming the nervous system and improving daily life.
Students are guided through a carefully designed sequence of yoga postures, at a measured pace and with fluid transitions, linking intentional breath with conscious movement.
Posture by posture, students are encouraged to build safe body alignment, strong core muscle, developing a deeper focus and increased self-awareness and intuition.
All levels are welcome.
Modifications and variations are given to accommodate student’s needs.
