ASHTANGA SADHANA YOGA
Ashtanga Sadhana Yoga is a unique and dynamic style based on ancient yoga of Patanjali.
This is a wonderful challenging class balancing your physical body and energetic body to create a physically invigorating yet spiritually uplifting flow sequence. Focuses on foundation of the postures, alignment, and breath to get the most out of every lift and twist. Create internal space to breath and move more easily in daily life. If it is in your practice you can enjoy strong standing poses, arm balances and inversions including headstand & handstand but also plenty of opportunities to honour the resting moments, dropping deep and surrendering the mind.
Every class has a different sequence flow and a great relaxing yoganidra practice with meditation session in the end.
All levels are welcome, although you need to have basics knowledge of Asanas.
