ASHTANGA FLOW LEVEL 2 WITH CLAUDIA
Ashtanga Sadhana Yoga is a unique and dynamic style based on ancient yoga of Patanjali.
This is a wonderful challenging class balancing your physical body and energetic body to create a physically invigorating yet spiritually uplifting flow sequence. Following on from Level 1, we will start to build on your practice - focusing attention on creating the correct foundation for the postures, alignment and breath to get the most out of every lift and twist.
One of Yoga's benefits, and there are many, is to create internal space to breath and move more easily in daily life. If it is in your practice you can enjoy strong standing poses, arm balances and inversions including headstand & handstand but also plenty of opportunities to honor the resting moments, dropping deep and surrendering the mind. Claudia, works to help guide student to move through the asanas with their own body in mind, always checking in with yourself and taking each class individually as we can all feel different any given day.
Every class has a different sequence flow and a great relaxing yoga nidra (meditation) practice at the end.
This class is ideal if you are looking to build on your practice;
to build on your strengths and to strengthen your weaknesses.
Claudia offers a unique style of teaching here in Ireland, in that she truly endeavors to mentor each student to find their inner quest on the path of Yoga, discovering the philosophy of Yoga,
not just the postures, which are the most commonly known in today's world.
There are 8 limbs of Yoga and with them comes great comfort and understanding.
