Ashtanga Sadhana Yoga is a unique and dynamic style based on ancient yoga of Patanjali.
This is a wonderful and challenging class, balancing your physical body and energetic body to create a physically invigorating yet spiritually uplifting flow sequence.
This is a level 1 class, ideal for beginners who are just getting into the practice.
One of Yoga's benefits, and there are many, is to create internal space to breathe and move more easily in daily life. Claudia works to help guide the student move through the asanas with their own body in mind, always checking in with yourself and taking each class individually, as we can all feel different on any given day.
Every class has a different sequence flow, and a great relaxing yoga nidra (relaxation) at the end.
