A deep toning class for most women's target zones!! A low impact warm-up will prepare you for the conditioning section and a long stretch will re-align the muscles to improve flexibility and posture. WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR? Quick and easy to fit into your day if you don’t have a lot of time for exercise Boosts your energy for the day or is a great way to wind down at the end of a long day.
WHO IS IT GOOD FOR?
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION? We begin with a few minutes of relaxation and centering to bring us into the practice. We then use limbering sequences of yoga to stretch out the muscles in particular the hamstrings. I use magic circles, physio bands and resistance bands so the muscle both expands and contracts. Pilates alignment principles and exercises form half the class. We work the arms, the legs, the butt muscles and with particular attention to the powerhouse and the core: Each class is 45 minutes and is 10 euro per session.
