Get in shape & feel great on your lunch break at Dublin Holistic Centre's Yoga & Pilates classes!

Sign up for 8 weeks, same day and time each week, for only €60! If you are unable to make a class one day, let us know in advance and we will try our very best to slot you into another class - as long as we have space we will accommodate you.

Classes are 40 minute long and mats are provided. You will also enjoy our female & male changing rooms, lockers (key is provided), showers and hairdryers if you would like to freshen up after the class.

Head back to work refreshed, relaxed & happy, knowing that you've had your work-out for the day!

For less than €8 per class this 8 week course is a super deal, which gets you out of the office to de-stress and tone up, leaving you full of energy for the rest of your working day AND your evenings free to enjoy.

    "The Lunch time yoga class is exactly what I had been searching for. The 40mins duration allows me plenty of time to get back to work, while still being enough time to really immerse myself in to class. I find it the perfect antidote to sitting at a desk all day.

    The Holistic Centre itself is very welcoming, the staff are extremely efficient, but with an air of calm that adds to the whole ambience. The instructors are both extremely professional and approachable which creates a really nice atmosphere for all involved.

    "I learned about the Dublin Holistic Centre's Lunchtime Pilates class in March 2012. I was delighted to see such affordable Pilates classes and even happier that I could attend during my working day..... no after work temptations to prevent me from attending! Always a little anxious when I start something new, I was instantly put at ease by the friendly staff in the Holistic Centre, the calming sounds and smells of their beautiful building and their very capable instructors.

    People of all levels seem to attend these classes and the instructor encourages us to work hard but also at our own level, without ever singling people out or making us feel uncomfortable. The clear instructions given help me visualise how I should be breathing and moving my body so I can make the most of the exercises. In my fourth month of classes, I certainly feel my abilities have improved, my "core" is much stronger, my breathing technique has improved for other cardio exercises I take part in and I feel much more flexible. Apart from the physical benefits, I find Pilates good for the mind... My workmates have commented on my good mood on the days I attend and I always sleep like a baby that night.

    Another huge benefit of this lunchtime Pilates class is the flexibility. Inevitably, I've missed a number of classes because of holidays or busy days at work. Each time, I was permitted to join another lunchtime Pilates class to make up for it, so I was never out of pocket and never lost the momentum of the class.
