Many expecting mothers want to keep in shape during pregnancy without putting an undue strain on themselves. Pregnancy Yoga provides a means for mothers to maintain muscle tone and build core strength as well as developing suppleness and breathing techniques. All of these will help mothers with both the pregnancy and the birth process itself.
Combining Yoga and Pilates, Yogalates provides the best aspects of both practices. Yogalates provides students with flexibility, core strength, posture development and relaxation skills.
