Their busy schedules leave little time for exercise. But when you work in an office staying healthy and in shape is very important. It can be so easy to let fitness drop.
That’s why we developed our special lunchtime yoga classes. It offers city workers a fantastic opportunity to keep fit and limber as well as meet new people by making the most of your spare time during the day.
One thing we don’t want when we go back to the office is to be tired or uncomfortable. That’s what makes lunchtime yoga classes at Dublin Holistic Centre ideal. They are a low intensity workout that sends you back to the office feeling refreshed and energised rather than exhausted with sticking clothes.
Yoga focuses on stretching and core strengthening exercises. The classes take place at a slow pace so that you become fit toned and flexible without working up too much of a sweat. Trying to find a suitable workout routine or exercise to do on your lunch break can be difficult.
Many forms of exercise can leave you overheated or tired such as working out at the gym. Going back to work unmotivated and uncomfortable is not much fun. Other types of exercise such as swimming can be difficult to fit into a lunch break making it stressful to exercise and get back to work in time.
Dublin Holistic Centre also host Lunchtime Pilates classes. Like Yoga these classes offer low intensity workouts that focus more on building core strength and coordination. As a low intensity exercise they are a similarly ideal exercise for your lunch time.
